Our Community Supports Families Affected by the Carmel Valley and Dolan Fires

The Carmel Valley and Dolan fires have brought so much devastation to our communities.  It hurts my heart to see our friends and families suffer, but through the trauma and in times of uncertainty, I am so proud to be a member of our community.  The actions we have seen these past weeks are commendable.  Neighbors coming together to support one another, providing meals and supplies to our friends in the valley and beyond is work I am thankful to be a part of.  The journey is not over for many and I am here to support our families, our neighbors and our students as we return from this tragedy, stronger together.
